Privacy Policy

FlowFocus is designed to work without collecting personal information.

Data collection

We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal data. The app does not require an account and does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking.

On-device information

Your timer presets, daily goal, session history, streak, character choices, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple-provided storage. This information is not transmitted to us.

Live Activities

FlowFocus uses Apple ActivityKit to display the timer and selected journey as a Live Activity. Live Activity content is processed by iOS and contains no personal information.

Children’s privacy

Because no personal information is collected, the app does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the relevant functionality is released.
